Why we partner:  Jacob and Noelle are long-time friends from our days together at church in Colorado Springs.  God called them to serve in Cambodia, one of the least-reached and most spiritually and physically needy places on earth.  He's given them a heart of compassion and a call to action for the youth and at-risk women of that country.  You can read more below on their website.  They're doing incredible work.
